It takes a lot of planning to put the Annual CTSMA State Educational Conference together each year. We try to have online meetings monthly, starting in September. These meetings are generally 30 minutes long. This meeting is held so that Conference Committee members can touch base. All members are encouraged to attend these meetings. We are always looking for more volunteers to help. If these meetings are scheduled the same day as a CTSMA State Business Meeting, we hold the conference planning meeting first.
The CTSMA publishes a seasonal newsletter to its members to keep them informed of things going on in our organization. The CTSMA Today E-Newsletter is e-mailed to our members. If you would like to be placed on our e-mail list, please contact us to be added. You can also download the most recent newsletter below or any past newsletters by clicking on the archive link.

The CTSMA is looking for members to volunteer their time to help on one of the many committees that the society has. The CTSMA is a volunteer based organization. The success of the CTSMA is because of members that give back to their profession. The organization would not exist and continue to grow without this help. Over the last couple of years member participation has decreased causing us to look at restructuring the organization. Almost all of the committee duties can be done at home, meetings are held online, and correspondence is done over email or phone making it easy to help even with the busiest schedules.
